A Sommelier aka dream job. We’re currently seeking a spectacular Sommelier in Pizzeria Mozza, Treehouse Hotel London to join our leadership team. The perfect candidate loves everything wine and is fluent in it—from intricate knowledge of grapes and the regions they grow in to an instinctive sense of timing for bringing out a wine’s finest moment. You also love talking about wine, and the nuances of pairing it with food. And you live for sharing your insights with our guests, as well as introducing them to impeccably selected and hard-to-find wines they’ll remember forever. Sound like a glass you could fill? An international extension of it's U.S counterpart, Pizzeria Mozza in London embodies Nancy Silverton's simplistic yet uncompromising approach to the art of bread-making, pizza & hospitality. Designed to feel as though you are transported to a wild Mediterranean garden with lush interior planting and trees, the restaurant is an escape from the bustle of historic Regent Street, located adjacent to Treehouse Hotel London. The menu offers Pizzeria Mozza's much loved pizzas - famed for their unique dough recipe and well-structured crusts - as well as a selection of meat and fish dishes, all in celebration of the plenitude and vibrancy of seasonal produce and ingredients available in the UK.  

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about wine and guest service and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
  • A sommelier certification is required and a post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • Advanced knowledgeable of wine, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
