One of the best parts of In Room Dining at 1 Hotel South Beach is that if you’re doing it right, guests are always happy to see you, whether they’re craving a good meal after a long flight, or surprising their person with a sublime spread for two.  We’re currently seeking an In-Room Dining Order Taker who enjoys keeping our guests happy and sated, to participate in all tasks related to taking guests orders, and fulfill any other guest requests with genuine enthusiasm, warmth and efficiency.  

Inside Tip: A sharp sense of timing is essential; and attention to the smallest details go a long way. 

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Passionate about food and beverage and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
  • Prior experience in food & beverage service is required.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • Experience as a food & beverage server, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
