Planning a night out should be fun and easy, right? At SH Restaurants, our Reservationist is dedicated to making that a reality. They’re fast, friendly and easy to talk to about anything that sets our guests up for success with their plans. They can anticipate our guests’ needs and provide on-the-spot solutions. Of course, they’ll also help with special occasions and corporate outings. Our team at SH Restaurants is currently seeking an articulate, experienced Reservationist to join the team.  If you live for the details, and love seeing a great plan come to life, you might want to give us a call. 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about providing superior service, organization and details with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
