At SH Hotels & Resorts, we hire people who believe in collaboration, thrive on innovation, respect nature and love to eat, especially dessert!  Our Pastry team at Treehouse London find great satisfaction in executing delectable treats that were made with an artistic hand, a whole lot of love, and inspired by nature including fresh, seasonal ingredients.  We’re currently in search of a fast-learning, highly creative Head Pastry Chef to lead (and inspire) the pastry team at Treehouse London, at all levels from production to exquisite presentation. Plus, you'll excel at mentoring your team through leading by example and a hands-on approach to ultimately create a synergy that will inevitably enhance the department and guest experience.  

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about desserts and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • An expert in pastry production, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
