Planning a trip should be fun and easy, right? At 1 Hotel South Beach, our Reservations Team is dedicated to making that a reality. They’re fast, friendly and easy to talk to about anything that sets our guests up for success with their trip. They can anticipate our guests’ needs and provide on-the-spot solutions. Of course, they’ll also help with arrival and departure, from airport transfers to luggage storage.  Our team at 1 Hotel South Beach is currently seeking an articulate, experienced Reservations Agent to join the team.  If you live for the details, and love seeing a great plan come to life, you might want to give us a call. 



Our Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about providing superior service, organization and details with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
  • Bilingual (English plus another language)
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
