We’re currently in search of a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to be a Restaurant General Manager for a a new Italian Casual Concept due to open later this year at Treehouse hotel.

We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, extremely hands-on, and can multitask with the best of them, a right-hand to the Director of F&B, and a genius at anticipating obstacles. Most important, someone who believes in cultivating an environment where leadership and team development go hand-in-hand and ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable, delicious and joyful experience, every time they visit.   Someone who has experience of running a high volume restaurant, who truly takes ownership of their operation, and who has fantastic knowledge of wines.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience in a high volume quality restaurant,
  • Advanced knowledgeable of restaurant operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Take responsibility for the business performance
  • Coordinates the operation making sure Kitchen, Bar and waiting staff work as a team
  • Maintain high level of service, quality and health and safety
  • Excellent wine knowledge (Italian wines a bonus)
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written. 
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of an operation open Lunch and Dinner, 7 days a week
