We’re currently in search of a Beach Club F&B General Manager at our 1 Hotel South Beach.

We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, extremely hands-on, can multitask and a genius at anticipating obstacles to elevate the overall Beach Club Food & Beverage department at our hotel. Most important, someone who believes in cultivating an environment where leadership and team development go hand-in-hand and ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable, delicious and joyful experience, every time they visit. Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 5 years Lifestyle or Luxury Hotel experience as General Manager level required. 
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. 
  • Advanced knowledgeable of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. 
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written. 
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
